Dunedin Beekeepers' Club AGM & Meeting
The AGM for the Dunedin Beekeepers' Club will be held at the Malcam Trust Rooms, 45 Maori Road, Dunedin.
From 1:00 pm for a cuppa with the meeting starting at 1:30 pm. All welcome.
All committee places will be up for election, officers: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and general committee members. Should anyone wish to stand then get in touch with the secretary or make yourselves known at the AGM. Every organisation benefits from an injection of new blood from time to time and new committee members would be very welcome. Some reorganising of committee duties may be considered.
After the AGM Rob Waddell from Betta Bees will talk about and demonstrate how to do an alcohol wash and why that is their preferred method of checking for varroa. Also, Brian Pilley will give a brief summary of the conference in Rangiora and the Field Day in Hamilton.
