Manufactured in New Zealand from virgin food grade, high impact styrene these frames are produced in dies owned by Beeline Supplies Ltd.

Since 1999, we have been supplying the Beekeeping Industry in New Zealand and overseas with our plastic frames.

These frames were formerly known as 'Southern Cross Plastic Frames'. Southern Cross Plastic Frames were the first to:

  • have a curved radius under the top bar for added strength.
  • be sold in New Zealand in the colour black. 
  • offer a range of colour options e.g yellow, white (by special order)
  • full depth frames in 33mm and 35mm end bars
  • three quarter depth frames in 33mm, 35mm and 42mm (Manley) end bars
We are able to supply these frames unwaxed or waxed. 


Full Depth Plastic Frames

Beeline Supplies frames are produced from our own tooling and made in New Zealand. Our frames where the first to have curved radius under the top bars for extra strength. Our frames have more plastic in them for added strength and durability. Our frames and made from high impact styrene which is food grade.
Our stock full depth plastic frames are available with 33mm end bars in black.
For added strength and reduced flexing our full depth plastic frames contain more styrene than other similar frames on the market.
The standard amount of beeswax applied to a frame is approximately 35 grams.
Minimum order 10 frames.

35mm end bars and white or yellow frames are available by special order. (Minimum quantities apply)

Our frames have more plastic in them for added strength and durability. Our frames and made from high impact styrene which is food grade.
Three quarter depth 42mm end bar (Manley) black plastic frames. 
The 42mm Manley frames are self spacing for 8 frames per honey super.

The standard amount of beeswax applied to a frame is approximately 30 grams.
Minimum order 10 frames.
