All our boxes are made to NZ standard sizes using kiln dried timber dressed to 21mm thick for strength, insulation and durability. Our handles are 165mm long, 32mm wide and 14mm deep making them easier to pick up, especially if you are wearing gloves.
Our export grade boxes have clear timber on the ends and the sides.
Our commercial grade boxes will have tight knots and other minor imperfections or marks.
All our assembled boxes are screwed with 8g 45mm screws; 5 per corner for full depth boxes and 4 per corner for three quarter boxes.
All our kitset boxes come with pre-drilled ends, 5 per corner for full depth and 4 per corner for three quarter depth.
For a small additional cost we can include a pack of our self tapping screws with each kitset box.
NB If you do not require the ends to be pre- drilled, please request this when ordering.
